The penultimate look. Which, coincidently, is also my second favourite (my favourite will be posted as the final installment). It's straight from the 90s. And, boy, do I adore 90s grunge style. Cheeky cut outs. Clunky military boots. Classic feminine pieces clashing with masculine colours and textures. I love a little controlled chaos in an outfit.

Wearing a pinafore, boots, and a bomber jacket. It's casual. It's cool. I figure this look is pretty self explanatory. Apologies for the hair. It was a very windy day. (Ahh, a fashion blogger's nightmare.)

ORANGE MOSS

If the top fits, get it in every colour. A reference to my 'Team Jagger' top I wore here. 

If the trend works, wear it all the time. A reference to my absolute adoration of monochrome outfits. 

If the location is a natural beauty, take as many pictures as possible. Though take care to avoid the bees.

10 Items 10 Outfits: BRIGHT WHITE SKIES

Part seven. Finally. It looks like a good day. Where there are bright white skies shining down upon me. At least in the photographs. You see, things aren't always as they appear. The skies were actually quite gloomy and overcast that day when we were shooting. Something many people would consider to be a 'bad' day. But I think this all a lovely metaphor- things can be 'good' or 'bad' depending on how you look at it. The silver lining (or the bright white sky) is always there. If you can't see it, then change your perspective.

I've never been one of those 'live for weekend' kind of people. But seeing as tomorrow I have my last Saturday mid-semester exam at 9am, I cannot wait for my weekend to start. Even if it is a little late off the mark.

FLORAL AND LACE

Just something to break up the 10 Items 10 Outfits series. There's hardly a more effortless combination. These two always work together. They are the perfect marriage. Of course I'm talking about floral print and lace detail. Two 'trend' pieces that are definitely here to stay.
